Based on the Aramaic translations in the book "Prayers of the Cosmos" by Neil Douglas-Klotz, and on the information there concerning the various levels of meaning in Aramaic and the connections between inner quality and outer action. The Aramaic here is just the pronunciation, not actual Aramaic text.
[Abwoon d'bwashmaya]
[Nethqadash shmakh]
From the great silence, which is the divine birth-giver
and source of all vibrations of light, sound, and all that is,
comes a spark, a bolt of lightning, a beam of light,
which is you, unique in the universe.
[Teytey malkuthakh]
You, with all the power of the source to be,
and to create your world.
[Nehwey tzevyanach aykanna d'bwashmaya aph b'arha]
And your highest purpose, if you so choose,
is to co-create the love and peace of heaven
throughout the world and the cosmos.
[Hawvlan lachma d'sunqanan yaomana]
To do this you will need to exchange the energies of life and love
with one another and with the universe.
This is communication, giving/receiving, breathing out / breathing in,
creating/perceiving/appreciating.
[Washboqlan khaubayn (wakhtahayn)
aykanna daph khnan shbwoqan l'khayyabayn]
But in interacting with others there will
seem to be misunderstandings and thus regrets.
To keep true to your highest purpose,
you will need to let go of these burdens,
and allow others to let go of theirs.
This is forgiveness -- of self, of others.
[Wela tahlan l'nesyuna. Ela patzan min bisha]
And there will be distractions,
so you will need to always be refocusing on your highest purpose.
This is mindfulness.
[Metol dilakhie malkutha wahayla wateshbukhta l'ahlam almin]
You can do it. You have the power. So celebrate it!
